Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)
Custom-made or personalized curtains are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-sized or made-to-order curtains
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos or videos showing the issue
- We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide return instructions and address
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.
